Presentation remarks

Final remarks for presentations:

Planned duration of oral presentations is 15 minutes + 5 minutes discussion. The appetizers for poster presentations are restricted to 5 minutes. Further discussions can take place later on directly at the poster.

All presentations have to be either in .ppt or .pptx format.

Accommodation

Accommodation is available in Sommerhaus Hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance (900 m) from the lecture hall.

Rates:

  • Single Occupancy: € 40,00 including breakfast buffet
  • Double Occupancy: € 70,00 including breakfast buffet


    • LAN access is available at Hotel Sommerhaus, but you need to bring your own LAN cable.

    A room contingent has been reserved until May 31st. Please make your reservation through our webpage during the registration procedure. The hotel has to be paid directly in the hotel. For further questions please contact the local organising committee.
