The IMEKO TC2 Symposium on Photonics in Measurement 2011 (IMEKO TC2 2011) is a professional conference which takes modern optical and photonic measuring techniques as its core. In recent years, photonic technologies and solutions have been widely implemented in measuring and testing because of their flexibility, reliability and contact-less nature. IMEKO TC2 2011 will highlight the impact and contribution of photonics to the field of measurements. Contributed papers should address innovative ideas and present the latest scientific and technological results.
This conference is intended to bring together experts in different disciplines, linked by a strong motivation of contributing to this multidisciplinary scenario.

Submission Information
Contributing authors are invited to submit the extended abstract (approx. two A4 sized pages) by December 1st, 2010. Authors will be notified of acceptance by January 24th, 2011.
The full manuscript - maximum 6 A4 sized pages - is due by March 21st, 2011 and present their papers at the IMEKO TC2 Symposium on Photonics in Measurement Linz.

The abstracts and manuscripts to be submitted by email to imeko2011(/\t)jku.at.
In submitting a paper, the author(s) agree that, upon acceptance, they will prepare the final manuscript in time for inclusion in the published proceedings and will present the paper at the conference. The final manuscript will not be published without advance registration.
