FIT

FIT - Women in Technology in Upper Austria is a program organized by the Department of Gender & Diversty Management at the Johannes Kepler University. The program provides female school students from AHS schools and BHS schools with information about university studies and professional occupations. FIT holds information sessions and presentations at AHS and BHS schools throughout Upper Austria, parts of Lower Austria, and Salzburg, holds FIT information fairs, takes part in educational fairs, and encourages young women to think about pursuing an academic degree in engineering or natural sciences.
