European Corporate Restructuring Summit 2010 at the JKU

On September 15, 2010, the European Corporate Restructuring Summit 2010 will take place for the first time at the JKU. Experts in crisis and restructuring management will talk about how to best master the financial crises and business turnarounds.

The JKU Considerably Expands the Number of Advanced Degree Programs

This Fall, no less than eleven new Master’s degree programs will begin at the JKU – five at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Economics and Business and six at the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences. The JKU has therefore successfully fulfilled the criteria in regards to academic degree programs at the JKU in compliance with the Bologna Process (implementing a Bachelor’s/Master’s academic degree system).

Eurosensors 2010: Renommierte Konferenz erstmals in Österreich

Von 5. bis 8. September 2010 findet an der JKU und erstmals in Österreich die internationale Konferenz Eurosensors statt. Rund 500 Wissenschafter aus den Bereichen Elektro- und Informationstechnik, Physik und Mechatronik nehmen an der 24. Konferenz teil. Eurosensors zählt im Bereich der Sensorik und Mikrosystemtechnik europaweit zu den wichtigsten Konferenzen.
