We'll Be, What We Want to Be?

When we grow up, do we really end up pursuing a profession that interests us and is fun - or maybe not? Who and what influences our our choices when it comes to future educational and occupational professions?
These workshops for school students between the ages of 8 - 14 years old give kids different fun tasks to show them just how much our way of thinking - and our later career choices - are influenced and shaped by family, schools, and our social environment. We want to encourage kids to pursue their own interests and pursue their career of choice regardless of what others say or think about it. Be an engineer, kindergarten teacher, ... - whatever you want!
Towards the end of the workshop kids will engage in a small technical activity to show kids and teens how fascinating, exciting and challenging professions in the field engineering and natural sciences can be.
