Who is eligible to take part in the Photo Contest?
All JKU employees who spent some time abroad in an official capacity during the 2016/2017 academic year.

Which photos may be submitted?
Photos submitted to the contest must have been taken during your stay abroad during the 2016/2017 academic year. There are no thematic requirements in regards to photo content.

How many photos may I submit?
You may submit 5 photos for each stay.

How do I participate?
Please submit an online entry form which also includes information on how to upload the photos.
By participating, you agree that JKU may use the photos for their own purposes (eg brochures, internet, JKU Facebook pages, etc.) Under no circumstances will the photos be passed on to third parties.

Please note:
Photo file name must be: Last Name_First Name_Category_Keyword in the Title
The quality must be good enough to eventually enlarge to 30x40 cm in size!
If you would like to submit photos for separate trips, please submit a separate entry form for each stay abroad!

Then What?
A jury at the JKU will select the winning photos. The winners will receive one of many attractive prizes (such as a restaurant vouchers, etc.).
A selection of submitted photos will be on display at the JKU and published on the JKU's homepage. The submitted photos may be used for the JKU website as well as for print work and publication.
