Graduate Program: Organizational Development within Professional Organizations

Program Objectives:
This post graduate degree program in organizational development within professional organizations has been designed to appeal to participants who wish to build on previous education in the sciences of social-economic and/or human resources as well as previous experience and skills at work within an organization. Participants will have an opportunity to acquire comprehensive qualification as a consultant in organizational development within professional organizations as well as an academic Master's degree. The program, which partially includes e-Learning courses, applies an equal emphasis on the theoretical-methodical foundation of consulting work (especially from a systematic, theoretical perspective), experience through case studies, reflection and expanding personal skills as well as the research and interpretation of practical processes in organizational development during the Master thesis phase.

Admission Requirements:
a) Applicants seeking admission to the program must have successfully completed either a Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma degree program, or a comparable degree program, or
b) in addition to relevant professional work experience, proof of comparable qualifications (max. 25% of participants),
c) furthermore, professional work experience within an expert organization (defined as organizations with a large number of highly qualified individuals and characterized as relatively autonomous employees in their occupation, i.e. hospitals, schools, etc.), experience in working with adult groups as well as basic skills in group-related work methods
