Universitätslehrgang Postgraduate Studium Informatics: Engineering & Management

This is a two years master‘s program (120 ECTS points) according to the Bologna-model. Entrance requirement: Bachelor of Science in Informatics or a related subject. The program leads to a Master of Science degree. Entrance into the second year (the „specialization“ year) is also possible for such students who already passed the first year (60 ECTS points) of a master‘s program or who passed a four year bachelor‘s program of European pre-Bologna standard. All courses are in English. The students can specialize in many different areas (see the web sites of the informatics and math institutes of the Johannes Kepler University). Typically, for each student, the specialization year is organized in close interaction with an Austrian company or research institution. In this case fellowships are available.
