Bachelor's Degree Programs in Social Economics / Sociology / Business Informatics
After completion of the last grade report (=Schein) and subject examination (Social Economics / Sociology), please submit an application at the Department of Examination and Recognition Services for the issuance of a Bachelor’s degree certificate (=Bachelorprüfungszeugniss). You will need your completed examination roster.

As soon as the system shows that the degree has been completed, the Master’s degree can be opened for enrollment by the Admissions Office in fulfillment of the admission requirements (if applicable, per e-mail at: zulassung(/\t)jku.at).

Completion of all required grade sheets as stated per curriculum and/or passing the professional examinations (self-monitoring according to the studies handbook.)

Curricula

Bachelor’s Program in Statistics
For a Bachelor’s Examination: after completion of the last grade report (=Schein), please set an individual examination date with the examiner. You must register the date at the Department of Examination and Recognition Services 4 weeks before the examination date. Please submit your completed examination roster.

No Bachelor’s Examination: After completion of the last grade report (=Schein), please file an application at the Department of Examination and Recognition Services to issue your Bachelor’s degree. Please submit your completed examination roster.

Conferral Notification and Certification

Students may pick up their conferral notification at the Department of Examination and Recognition Services approximately two weeks after completing the final Bachelor's degree examination. The diploma will be issued in both German and English.

For final degree issued as of October 1, 2009, students must complete the form UStat2 (census form regarding stays abroad for study purposes)
