Hello my name is Javier Martín-Sánchez, I am Post Doc in the Nanophotonics group. My current research activity focuses on the design and fabrication of novel devices for full control of in-plane strain.

Hello my name is Marcus Reindl, and I am a PhD student in the Nanophotonics group. My current research topic is quantum interference between indistinguishable photons emitted by quantum dots.

Hello, I'm Francesco Basso Basset, PhD student at Milano-Bicocca University. I'm joining the Nanophotonics group for a research period abroad supported by the Erasmus+ Traineeship programme. My main research activity deals with the design and optical spectroscopy of epitaxial GaAs nanostructures for quantum light generation.

June 2016: Our work on Wavelength-tunable sources of entangled photons interfaced with atomic vapours has recently higlighted in LaserFocusWorld

May 2016: Johannes Aberl joins the workgroup as a Master Student.

April 2016: Francesco Basso Basset visits our group for some collaborative measurements.

March 2016: After countless hours in the cleanroom and in the optical labs we celebrate the recent successes with some typical italian Pizza.
