LISL – Linz Initiative of Strategic Learning

In our research we investigate the learning behavior of firms. Within the context of strategic alignment we seek to connect different learning perspectives at the organizational, group, and individual level. Thus, we contribute to improving the understanding of learning processes in organizations.

With LISL – Linz Initiative of Strategic Learning – we started an initiative to transfer academic knowledge and scientific insights into practice. We aim to establish a platform where both scientists and practitioners learn from each others experiences. For promoting this dialog and building up a pulsing network our key activities are:
