Explore your organization

Explore your organization is a project-based cooperation between the Institute of Human Resource and Change Management and interested organizations. During the cooperation an expert team works togehter with the best students of iHRCM on a firm-specific topic and achieves thereby a theory-practice transfer. The project team explores firm-specific problems or issues of interest and develops applicable solutions. The results are presented in-house workshops and written reports.
