Our research centers on theoretically challenging and practically relevant issues at the core of international management, in particular on the relationships and dynamics within organizations at the subunit, group and individual level.
Researchers at the department are dedicated to top-level international research standards. We strive to identify crucial empirical phenomena and to contribute to theory development in the field of international management using both inductive and deductive approaches.
