The curricula are open to students from all countries within and outside of the European Union. For the enrollment procedure see this page. Alternatively you may enroll at the university of South Bohemia (English page) first, which may be easier for students from Eastern Europe.
Knowledge of German or Czech language is NOT a prerequisite for these curricula.
