Managerial Identities in the Global Economy
How does managerial work and self-understanding change due to the spread of global models of management? Do local models resist, get hybridized or disappear? What are the effects of the changing models of management on both the enactment of managerial identities and on organizational change?
Methods: interviews & international comparative surveys in Italy, Germany, Brazil & China.
