What seemed unthinkable in many companies just a few years ago has become a matter of course in no time at all in the wake of the pandemic: Home office - working from home! Many, especially young, highly qualified employees are now also demanding this from an employer, thus posing new challenges for personnel marketing and leadership. And yet social isolation can also have a detrimental effect on creativity and innovation. Prof. Martin Korte analysed the pros and cons of home office from the perspective of brain research.
