We have added new locations and now offer courses in the F10 Sportfabrik as well as in the new Trend sports hall at UNION OÖ. We are offering the following NEW courses during the 2022/2023 Winter Semester:
 

- Fit-UP Fittness subscription online
- Deep Work (F10 Sportfabrik)
- Yoga at the YogaRoots Studio (F10 Sportfabrik)
- Movment (a combination of balance, movement, and strength conditioning at the new Trend UNION OÖ sports hall)
- Olympic Weightlifting (Trend sports hall)
- free-play badminton und squash (no trainer) at the F10 Sportfabrik
- Table tennis in partnership with TTC Hellmonseder Sports (ADM Hall)
- Quidditch/Quadball for all Harry Potter fans (Auhof School)
- Combat Drill / Kick-boxing / Boxing as new martial arts courses
