TEM Verbund (BMWF / Land OÖ)

The goals of this cooperative project are

1) to be able to carry out TEM examinations on a modern TEM with EELS and STEM further in Linz,

2) to provide voestalpine Stahl with low-threshold access to TEM and the necessary associated sample preparation in Linz, and

3) to enable special high-end" TEM investigations in cooperation with TU Graz (FELMI) on a device that is unique in Europe.
