The CD Lab would like to congratulate past team member Dr. Matthias Eberlein (Institute for Integrated Circuits) for successfully completing his PhD degree.

He presented his dissertation titled "Bipolar Structures for Thermal Sensor and Reference Circuits in Advanced CMOS" both on-site and online.
