Graduate Program in Health Care Management

Program Objective:
The graduate program in Health Care Management aims to provide medical professionals and business executives with in-depth knowledge and skills in business, economics and law in order to become an effective leader and a key player in meeting the challenges of today’s rapidly evolving, dynamic healthcare market.

Program Objective:

The program has been created for management-level educators to help develop and continue to develop the pedagogical, functional, social and personal skills necessary for leadership roles in education. Program Objective:
Every day physicians are confronted with a variety issues ranging from obligations to provide legal disclosure, documentation, understanding labor laws, hospital laws, and basic criminal & civil laws to grasping social and tax issues.

This hands-on program provides students with legal expertise that can be applied to their respective medical fields on a daily basis. The program instructors are legal experts who are able to convey the program content educationally in the classroom.

The program has been primarily designed for medical physicians and legal professionals who specialize in Medical Law, notary publics, legal practitioners, and university graduates who wish to learn more in-depth about the field of Medical Law.

Program Objective:
The program aims to open participants up to methodical-critical reflection of medical action in regards to their ethical and moral boundaries. During the course, instructors and students will discuss general base-knowledge ethics in the context of a philosophical discipline. Topics of reflection include doctor-patient relationships as well as ethical questions at the beginning and end of life, and special questions in selected medical subject areas. Additional topics include pharmaceutical ethics, ethical questions as applied to care facilities, general care, emergency and intensive care medicine, research ethics and public health ethics.

The program is aimed in particular at medical physicians as well as those involved in the field of healthcare.

Mediation and conflict management as an alternative, out-of-court option to resolve disputes in cases of family and partner conflicts as well as business and environmental conflicts.

Degree: Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Duration: 4 Semesters

Program Objective:
The program aims to convey current, subject-related 'state-of-the-art' knowledge through teaching concepts, theory, methods and tools in the field of general management as well as integrate this knowledge with corresponding, specific skill sets. Graduates deepen their existing knowledge of business and learn to function successfully in a dynamic, global environment.

The program has been designed for business executives and experts from the fields of business law and business management, controlling and finance, marketing and product management, sales management, HR management, quality, project and process management as well as business development in a digital economy.

Graduate Program in Global Executive MBA

Degree: Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Duration: 4 Semesters

Program Objective:
The program has been designed for company executives to improve their management skills and leadership qualities. The program focuses on strategic management and corporate entrepreneurship to better implement stronger strategic and entrepreneurial thinking at companies as well as in new business development in a digital economy. The idea is to provide a strong understanding of current digitization trends. The program is complemented by two one-week study trips to Canada/USA and China.

Program Objectives:

The program aims to convey current, subject-related 'state-of-the-art' knowledge through teaching concepts, theory, methods and tools in the field of general management as well as integrate this knowledge with corresponding, specific skill sets. In addition, interdisciplinary, expertise, social and personal skills are developed.

An additional program point revolves around developing stronger leadership skills. Program participants take a look at their personal leadership behavior as well as leadership roles as part of a team and leadership in an organizational context. Participants will focus on expanding their academic and real-world skills by designing and analyzing change processes.
