  • If you cannot take part in the graduation ceremony and must cancel once you have registered - or you are prevented from being able to take part - the administrative fee of €49 will not be refunded.

  • Our photographer will take individual portrait photos before the ceremony, and family photos following the ceremony.

  • The number of guests who can attend the ceremony depends on the number of graduates who have registered for the conferral ceremony. Advanced registration for guests is not required.

  • Approximately 2 weeks before the ceremony, you will receive a written invitation by e-mail containing information about the academic ceremony, the date, and the time.

  • The time of the ceremony will depend on the number of registered graduates; the time can only be confirmed once registration has closed. Academic ceremonies usually take place at 10.00 AM, 1.00 PM, and/or at 4.00 PM. When scheduling, requested dates can be taken into account only in exceptional cases.
