If you would like to complete your studies in the summer semester, this is possible after a positive assessment of the last course work (examination or thesis) by October 31 at the latest.
Make sure that you submit the completed examination roster in good time, taking into account the processing time, and submit any applications for recognition that may still be required in order to be able to complete your studies in the desired semester.

After the final course examination, or the last subject area examination has been entered in KUSSS, opens an external URL in a new window under "Degree Completion", submit an application to complete your studies. Fill out the examination roster (=Prüfungsraster) and submit the form via e-mail to the Office of Examinations and Recognition Services.
If your degree program concludes with a Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma examination, indicate this information on the examination roster.
Approximately four weeks after successfully passing the final Bachelor's/Master's/first section of the Diploma degree/final Diploma degree examination and/or the final examination roster, you will receive the official conferral degree (issued in German and English) and the final certificate of completion.
Students must complete and submit the UHStat2, opens an external URL in a new window form (a census form regarding study-related stays abroad). Sending this confirmation by e-mail is a prerequisite in order to send the final documents.
After earning a Bachelor's degree:
You will be able to see information in KUSSS that you have earned your undergraduate degree. If you wish to pursue a Master's degree and you meet the admission requirements, you can proceed to the Admissions Office to enroll in a graduate degree program.
