Changes in the requirements to complete language courses at the JKU will go into effect starting in Winter Semester 2016/2017.

Beginning WS 2016/2017, degree-seeking students enrolled in the Bachelor's degree program in Business & Economics will only be able to complete the foreign language courses required to fulfill admission requirements (provided they are available) and before completing the "Studies Introduction and Orientation Phase (StEOP)" of the program. Students will no longer be able to complete the English Communicative Skills course before completing the StEOP requirements.
If you enrolled in this major before WS 2016/2017 and have opted to fulfill the business language requirements in a language other than English but have not yet completed any of the required courses, the following applies:
