Information Management –  Support IT Program Management.

Part-Time: 15 hours/week

Location: Linz

Your Responsibilities

  • Support all areas of IT program management (i.e.. project coordination, project monitoring, etc.)
  • Support IT roadmap planning and release management
  • Support test management and cut-over activities
  • Create corresponding documentation (i.e. project documentation, manuals for project staff)
  • Prepare reports in regard to project progress, budgets and resource utilization

Your Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program
  • Experience in IT project management or current IT project procedure methods
  • A background and/or strong understanding of current test methods and processes
  • An understanding of SAP is an advantage, or a strong interest in learning new technologies, such as S/4 Hana
  • Meticulous approach to completing tasks, ability to work effectively as part of a team, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in an analytical, solution-oriented, and dedicated manner
  • Proficiency in German and English (both written and oral)

Remuneration: The minimum salary for this position under the collective agreement is between € 2,650 and € 3,100  gross (full-time, 14x p.a.). The actual amount depends on the candidate's respective qualifications and professional experience.
