Junior Software Engineer.

Part-Time: 15 hours/week

Your Responsibilities

After training in modern SAP technologies, your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-developing the voestalpine's Manufacturing Execution Solution based on SAP HANA (multi-year project that begin in October 2020).
  • By learning about application support and how to support ongoing developments, you can take some responsibility for components
  • User interface development in SAP UI5 
  • Business Logic in ABAP Objects using SAP HANA, BOPF, AIF, BRF+, …
  • If interested and the corresponding expertise is available, you can actively co-design application architecture

Your Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program focusing on IT
  • Interest in moving from object-oriented programming language to SAP technology
  • Programming skills and initial experience with Java, C#, or the like
  • Interest in production processes and software solutions in the area of Manufacturing Execution
  • Ability to think analytically, proactively communicate, and collaborate with business departments

Remuneration: The minimum salary for this position under the collective agreement is € 2,682.54 gross (full-time, 14x p.a.). The actual amount depends on the candidate's respective qualifications and professional experience.
