Max Kuchenbauer

Curriculum Vitae

Maximilian Kuchenbauer is a research assistant at the Institute of International Management and joined the team in December 2020. He completed his undergraduate studies at Macromedia University of Applied Sciences in Munich, Germany. There he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication Management. During his studies, he completed a semester abroad at the University of Greenwich in London, where he attended the Business and Economics program.
Following his Bachelor's degree, he started the Master's program 'Leading Innovative Organizations' at Johannes Kepler University Linz in 2019. Maximilian wrote his master's thesis on the phenomenon of mixed embeddedness of entrepreneurs who had to flee their home country. The master thesis is embedded in a large-scale project conducted in collaboration with Lund University (Sweden). It focuses on the development of a scale for mixed embeddedness.
During his studies he gained work experience at different consulting companies in the field of AI & Innovation.
