The new EC2U Virtual Institute, Life on Land, is giving researchers across the EC2U Alliance a unique opportunity to work together on various topics, including food production, water management, and biodiversity – key themes in line with the UN's Sustainable Development Goal #15: Life on Land.
To introduce its goals and objectives, a kick-off webinar will take place online on Monday, May 12. This session will:
-
introduce the Virtual Institute's mission and structure,
-
highlight EU-level research initiatives and funding options (particularly as part of Horizon Europe),
-
create space for researchers to present their research, identify synergies, and connect with potential partners across Europe.
This is more than an online session – it is an entry point to a growing, interdisciplinary network designed to support innovation, research integration, and long-term project development across the EC2U partner university network.
