Employees at the office of Event Organization plan and organize various events at the JKU, including academic graduations, ceremonies to recipients receiving honors, grand opening events and ceremonies, the Long Night of Research, the annual JKU Ball, study information fairs, the JKU company excursion, Christmas parties, etc. We also manage the JKU address book.
Staff at the Room Coordination Department is responsible for making all room reservations (teaching and events) at the JKU as well as providing organization and technical support to supervise events.
The Room Coordination Department will also make requested hotel reservations for events, etc. at the JKU.
