Studies Information Fair - SIM

The 2024 Study Information Fair is scheduled to take place once again at the JKU!

 

Dates: September 18 - 20, 2024, 9:15 AM - 2:15 PM.
Location: Johannes Kepler University Linz, Keplergebäude Building

In cooperation with the Upper Austrian government, each September the JKU organizes a Study Information Fair for soon-to-be high school graduates and others interested in learning more about various educational opportunities after earning a "Matura" diploma. Over 4,000 high school graduates visit the JKU's SIM study fair each year. Exhibitors and representatives from all over Upper Austria - including academies, colleges, universities of applied sciences and universities - share information about the wide range of educational opportunities available after graduating school.

In addition, the SIM gives visitors an opportunity to hear various presentations as well as sit in on mock lectures in classrooms and lecture halls at the JKU.

In addition to learning more about studying (student dormitories, grants, study selection tests, career counseling, etc.), visitors have an opportunity to learn more about the university and its facilities.
