With good hospitality to promote team cohesion, the essential aspects of the organizational project management and the content aspects of the planned work packages were discussed. By defining a lead partner per work package, the responsibility and work was successfully distributed among the project partners. Through monthly telcos and semi-annual consortium meetings, fixed points of communication and documentation could also be established.
 
Kick-off dates for the respective work packages were also agreed immediately afterwards, so that nothing stands in the way of a successful project start and motivated work in small groups.
