Manfred Buchacher successfully completes his Ph.D. studies

Today, Manfred Buchacher successfully defended his dissertation titled "Algorithms for the Enumeration of Lattice Walks".

The Institute for Algebra would like to congratulate team member Manfred Buchacher on successfully completing his Ph.D. degree program. He successfully defended his dissertation titled "Algorithms for the Enumeration of Lattice Walks" today in front a committee and an audience of over 30 friends and co-workers.
The research conducted for his dissertation was carried out as part of an SFB program "Algorithmic and Enumerative Combinatorics" funded by the Austrian Science Fund and published at ISSAC and FPSAC. We would like to wish Manfred all the best as he pursues an academic career and we look forward to working together with him in the future!
