Motivation:

This practical course complements the lecture Sequence Analysis and Phylogenetics, opens an external URL in a new window and aims at practicing the concepts and methods acquired in the lecture. The students will receive weekly assignments with exercises which have to be solved accordingly. The submissions will be discussed in the course and the students will be asked to present their results.
