Welcome to the Institute for Microelectronics and Microsensors!

The Institute for Microelectronics and Microsensors was established in 1985. In the area of teaching, the institute educates students enrolled in the mechanical engineering, medical engineering, mechatronics as well as electronics and information technology degree programs in the area of fundamental electrical engineering. We also offer advanced courses according to the currents fields of research.
