Practice dialog ALL MEDIA AI

AI transformation of communication

[Translate to Englisch:] bild

The first practical dialog in the 2025 summer semester was all about the transformation of corporate communications with the help of AI. Andreas Schwantner, founder of ALL MEDIA AI, spoke about existing possibilities and future changes to processes and structures in corporate communications departments.

In detail, he presented ALL MEDIA AI, the customized newsroom as an AI agent, with which content from original content can be created and played out specifically for all relevant media. The all-in-one AI tool is tailored to personal style and format and quickly creates media content such as articles, blog posts, PR releases, newsletters, podcasts and social media posts. This allows companies to act quickly on several media channels and save costs at the same time.

The exciting presentation was followed by a lively discussion about AI developments in the coming years, large language models (LLM) and AI literacy. Andreas Schwantner's final conclusion: despite AI, people remain responsible for corporate communication and human creativity will continue to play a central role in the future. His final tip for students: stay curious, try things out, allow mistakes and be accompanied by a mentor.

We would like to thank Andreas Schwantner for his interesting presentation and the insights into the “AI age” of communication as well as Assoc. Prof. Dr. Katharina Hofer for moderating the exciting evening.
