An e-learning environment that supports reform pedagogy requires three elements:

  •     Coupling content with communication
  •     A prepared environment
  •     Structuring of learning processes in the sense of individualised learning management

The e-learning platform "Scholion 2.0" (codenamed Nymphaea) provided the required functionalities Nymphaea supports self-organised learning through a didactically motivated, web-based environment.
It supports individual learning processes and the acquisition of knowledge in learning communities.
