Descritpion

In corporation with ERSTE Stiftung in this project a value based culture of leadership and communication will be established in the context of dynamic organizational development processes. Methodically, repertory grids are used for explicating the knowledge of the management, and dialogue as well as world cafes will be used for generating knowledge. On a strategic layer a value development process was initiated and integrated in the organizational development (2009 - 2012).
