[research prototype] HABAS: Subsymbolic Knowledge Representation for Activity-oriented Adaptive User Modeling

The global objective of the research project HABAS is to explore the possibilities of automated and interaction based adaption of user interfaces by implementing machine learning methods in combination with subsymbolic representation.

The encoding of the user interactions into suitable patterns with subsequent subsymbolic processing shall lead to stable user categories. Within these categories there should take place a reasonabel adaptation of the user interface according to the typical interaction of the users of these user group.
