An Editor for Visualization and Development of (Meta-)Models in Topic Maps

The content of this thesis should be the creation of an editor with which topic maps can be created and displayed. The editor should also make it possible to create and display metamodels (topic types). The term topic maps is often used synonymously with "semantic networks". Topic maps can be used to describe knowledge structures and associations in the simplest possible way. A topic map consists of several topics, the associations (which link the individual topics to each other) and instances (occurrences).
There is a lot of knowledge in a company that is "lying around" in the heads of employees or in documents in an unorganized and decentralized manner. An editor should therefore be developed to map this knowledge.

The models created are to be stored in the defined XTM format, transferred to external applications or transferred from external applications.
