Curriculum Vitae

Katharina Musil is a university assistant at the Institute for Leadership and Change Management at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. Her research focuses on leadership and leadership identity and methodologically on linguistic aspects of qualitative analysis methods. She is involved in various projects, for example, on how hybrid identities create tensions, or how identity struggles make tensions empirically observable in the first place. Furthermore, she is concerned with rhetorical phenomena, especially metaphors and framing processes.
