Katharina Musil is a PhD candidate and Research & Teaching Assistant at the Institute of Leadership and Change Management at the Johannes Kepler University Linz, Austria. She graduated in 2018 and received her diploma degree (Mag.) in economics from the Johannes Kepler University Linz. In her studies she focused on aspects of leadership, organization and controlling.
She completed her first degree in linguistics and pedagogy in 2004. Afterwards she worked at the Danube University Krems, the FH-Campus Vienna and the Private University of Education of the Diocese Linz. Her main tasks were to supervise and accompany scientific theses and to teach scientific methods. In addition, she created and managed Master's courses. Her special interest and research focus is leadership identity and its’ impact on learning.
