The IK course “Special Topics in Leadership and Change” extends the basic knowledge on leadership and change as gathered in the KS course “Introduction to Leadership and Change". In this course, students will deepen their knowledge of how leadership at different organizational levels facilitates organizational learning and change processes in organizations. For so doing, students gain insight into the diverse practices and current trends in this area.
