Within the framework of our courses in the Bachelor's (Major/Minor subject "Strategic Leadership") and Master's (Competence Area "Digital Transformation: Leadership, HRM and Change") degree programs, students acquire comprehensive know-how on the topics of "Organizational, Team and HR Development, especially Leadership Development", which is intended to support them in successfully mastering complex tasks in practice.

Students of the Institute of Leadership and Change Management are required to adhere to the Student Code of Conduct of the JKU Business School in terms of conduct, examination performance, etc.
