Master program

Leading Innovative Organizations

The Institute of Organisation leads the new fast-track, high-potential Master's programme "Leading Innovative Organizations".

The programme provides a unique combination of management and methodological knowledge at the interface of organisational, leadership, change and innovation management on the one hand and entrepreneurship, business modelling and data-driven management on the other hand - all in the context of the digital economy. Unique in the German-speaking area: The programme can be studied in only two semesters of full-time study. It includes a digital summer school in the pre-term and the completion of the master's thesis in the post-term, which can be completed while working. This makes the programme ideal for a one-year educational leave.

Global Business (ACT - Austria, Canada, Taiwan)

In the Master's programme "Global Businesswer", our research associate and deputy head of the institute, a.Univ.-Prof. Dr. Werner Auer-Rizzi, is programme manager for the ACT programme.

This unique study programme not only challenges students to travel the world and work together in an international team, but also values other cultures and reflects critically and conscientiously on their own country.

The programme Master of Global Business is designed to prepare students for a career in international business. The programme is created to improve each student's awareness, tolerance, understanding and flexibility - qualities that every manager needs in our global world today.

Management

The Institute is involved in the Master's degree programme in Management, especially in the competence area "Digital Transformation: Leadership, Human Resource Management, and Change", together with the Institute for Human Resource Management and Change Management, with various courses on the topics of organisation and innovation.
