Measurement Technology

Make Parameters Determinable

The measurement technology for determining the disperse phase (particle size) in the apparatus has been continuously improved and applied in recent years.

The optical measuring probes developed for this purpose enable a (non-invasive) analysis of the local bubble size distribution in reflected as well as transmitted light.
By combining the image analysis software with conductivity measurements and the inverse population balance, changes in the system can be predicted.
Likewise, this combination can be used to detect system changes (impurities). The detection can be done with classical methods as well as with machine learning approaches.
