Managing Director International Supply Chain Management Roland Lechner gave a guest lecture for Operations and Supply Chain Management students at JKU Business School. He discussed the organization, current challenges, and the application of model building and quantitative tools for decision support in supply chain management. The talk provided the students with valuable insights into supply chain management in practice and the opportunity to ask questions as well as room for discussion.
