Research Interests

  • Light-matter interactions at nanoscale: nanophotonics, photonic quantum technologies, plasmonics, nonlinear optics, cavity quantum electrodynamics.
  • Low-dimensional materials: semiconductor nanocrystals, carbon nanotubes, quantum dots.
  • Strong light-matter coupling: (plasmon-)exciton polaritons, strong coupling at single emitter level, polariton condensation.
  • Optoelectronics: electrically pumped single plasmon and photon sources, nanolasers, spasers, active plasmonic devices, integrated optics.
