Have you just moved to Upper Austria and would like to meet other international people in your area? The W2UA's Get-Together evening is an opportunity to socialize, meet people, and share your experiences as an international resident here in Upper Austria!

Moving to a new city/country can be very exciting and meeting new people and making friends early on is helpful in order to settle in more quickly and make your experience more enjoyable.

While stepping out of your comfort zone and finding new friends may not always be easy, the Welcome2Upper Austria's Get-Together evenings provide a safe space for international residents in Upper Austria to come together and meet people having similar experiences. Even if you have been here for a long time, you are always welcome to join us to share your experiences, and make new friends and colleagues!

Some people may already be familiar with our new format. A job fair that is not a fair!
It's a job match!

Here's how it works:

  • You get a list of companies beforehand that indicate the types of graduates they are looking for.
  • You learn more about these companies on your own and then
  • Make an appointment with the companies you are interested in and that have suitable job openings.

The "matching" appointments are approximately 15 minutes.
We recommend uploading your CV when signing up so that the companies can learn more about you in advance.
Tip: Bring a print copy of your current CV with you to the appointment!

Please only apply to companies that have indicated interest in your major!

The companies and dates will be posted in March!
