Yes, up until the end of 2025.

Are there any costs or fees for authors?
No. There are no fees for Open Access in OUP Journals.

What is the process for authors?
OUP is currently converting its journals to a new workflow via the SciPris system. For journals in the old workflow, authors must actively assign the APC to JKU (for detailed instructions, see the Publisher info page). For journals in the new workflow, this step is omitted and authors simply choose Open Access via the JKU agreement. In both cases, the author will be informed about the existing agreement by the publisher in advance.
