Content
The course provides an overview on the range of eMedia and research tools, a basic understanding and tips to conducting research using electronic resources, and answers questions such as: What kinds of resources are there? Where can these resources be found? How can I find the information?

Target Group
JKU students writing a thesis or dissertation, JKU students, and JKU faculty members from all four faculties.

Pre-requisites
Participants should be familiar with using a computer and the internet as well as have a basic understanding of LISSS. We recommend bringing a laptop with WiFI access, but it is not mandatory.

Duration
Approx. 1 to 1.5 hours

By request, the course can also be held in English.

By request, the library can also offer a special version of this particular course as part of an academic class.
