LOST Workshop at Leuphana University Lüneburg

On March 31st and April 1st, Laura Thäter participated in the workshop of the LOST (Leuphana Organizastion Studies) group at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg.

In light of the current developments in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, professors, post docs and PhD students from the Copenhagen Business School, the University of Dresden and the Leuphana University of Lüneburg reflected and discussed the possibilities of gaining knowledge that organizational research offers in times of war.

In addition, a guest lecture by Prof. Torsten Ringberg (CBS) provided the impetus to discuss new research methods in organizational research.
