The new Research Lab at the Linz Institute of Technology (LIT) explores many facets of digital transformation - including legal aspects and the future of digitization.
Technological advances in the area of digitization have the potential to not only make a profound changes in our economy, but to society as a whole and, along with that, to our legal system. Over the next few years, JKU researchers active in the fields public law, private law, tax law and labor law will focus on options pertaining to the legal direction and the legal issues when it comes to the future of digital transformation.
